We ship most orders by USPS Priority. UPS and Federal
Express shipping methods are also available on some orders.

and workmanship. Instek products have a 2-year warranty.

with the product, you can return it within 15 days from the invoice date
and get 100% money back on the merchandise.
Return
Policy
Return Procedures:
1. Call, fax or e-mail to get a Return
Authorization Number (RA#).
2. Package the product in the original
factory package in re-saleable condition. Include all accessories and manual.
3. Attach the original invoice.
4. Enclose a short note to explain the
reason so that we know how to improve it. Instruct us whether you need refund,
credit or replacement.
5. Package in a shipping carton. The product box is not suitable for
shipping and may cause damage.
